Dion J. Custis served as a federal law clerk for one year then as an Assistant Wyoming Public Defender since 1994. In 1998, he founded the firm as a solo practitioner and continues to serve as an Assistant Wyoming Public Defender. He developed his reputation as an aggressive trial attorney strongly devoted to the representation of the criminally accused.
